Shake Shack® is a critically acclaimed, modern day “roadside” burger stand known for its 100% all-natural Angus beef burgers and chicken sandwiches (no added hormones or antibiotics – ever), griddled flat-top dogs, fresh-made frozen custard, crispy crinkle cut fries and more.
In addition to the Shack classics, the Westfield UTC Shack will be spinning up a selection of local frozen custard concretes: Hopscotch (vanilla custard, chocolate toffee, Mast Brothers Shake Shack dark chocolate chunks and salted caramel sauce), S’more Peanut Butter Please (vanilla custard, peanut butter sauce and peanut butter s’more bar from Elizabethan Desserts) and Pie Oh My (vanilla custard and slice of seasonal pie from Betty’s Pie Whole).
Guests can wash their burgers down with local brews from Latitude 33 Brewing, Ale Smith Brewing Company, Mission Brewery and Mother Earth Brew Co., plus a rotating seasonal brew from Stone Brewing and Modern Times Beer. Wine lovers can enjoy a glass of Shack RedTM and Shack WhiteTM wine from Napa-based Frog’s Leap Winery.
In keeping with Shake Shack’s commitment to green architecture and eco-friendly construction, the Westfield UTC Shack’s tabletops will are made by CounterEvolution using reclaimed bowling alley lanes; chairs will be designed by Uhuru using sustainable materials; and booths will be crafted by Staach using lumber certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
