Ristorante Illando, an intimate Tuscan trattoria found in Little Italy, will host “Weekend Wine Down” every Saturday and Sunday starting this weekend.
A treat for the many wine lovers of America’s Finest City, the bottomless wine special is available from noon to 4 p.m. and featuresCellaro Lumà Grillo, a refreshing white wine from Terre Siciliane, Italy. Priced at $15 with the purchase of an entrée, suggested pairings include pappardelle al granchio, house-made pasta with Alaskan crab meat and light cream sauce; and spaghetti vongole e veraci, house-made pasta with Manila clams and garlic in a white wine sauce.

Founded in 2016 by Florence, Italy native, Leo Landini, and his wife, Christine, Ristorante Illando is a Tuscan trattoria located on the second floor above Landini’s Pizzeria at 1825 India St., in San Diego’s Little Italy.
