Basil and Spinach Pesto

Pesto: Makes 1 Quart
1¼-pound fresh basil
3 large garlic cloves
1/2 of a lemon, juiced
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1. Place all ingredients in a blender except olive oil.
2. Once blended, slowly drizzle in olive oil.
3. Season with salt to taste.
