Tajima, San Diego’s favorite spot for ramen and authentic Japanese cuisine, just opened a second location in Tijuana, making this their eighth restaurant since first opening in 2001. Found within the food garden at Alameda Otay Town Center, a first of its kind elegant and modern shopping center, locals and visitors can now enjoy an irresistible selection of scratch-made ramen and other Japanese side dishes.
Five varieties of ramen can be found on the menu, including the Baja-Cali Ramen, a spicy combination of cilantro, chives, seaweed, jalapeño, corn, ground beef, shrimp and a boiled Japanese marinated egg. Diners can also choose between vegan, chicken, shrimp and pork bowls. Side options include the popular Goyza, five ground beef empanadas and Cha-Shu, a small bowl of rice with chicken and soy marinade.
Every dish served at each Tajima location honors the purity and Japanese taste and style, and spot each is tastefully decorated to fit the community where it can be found.
Tajima’s brand-new location can be found at Rampa Aeropuerto #16000, Foodgarden, Alameda Otay Town Center, Tijuana, México.
