An excellent source of fiber and vitamin A, the Keto Ramen is made with original Tonkotsu pork broth, shirataki yam noodles, pork chashu, half a ramen egg, spinach, cherry tomato, watermelon radish, green onion, and sesame seeds. Shirataki yam noodles, also known as miracle noodles, are low in carbs and calories, mostly made of water, and high in fiber, making them an excellent substitute for traditional noodles.
Approximate nutrition information for Tajima’s Keto Ramen includes 31 grams of protein, 8 grams net carbs, and 20 grams of fat.
