The restaurant duo, Stella Public House and Halcyon has expanded with new outposts in San Diego’s “North City” destination in San Marcos. Just opened the first week of October, this is the first experience North County residents get to have of the popular dining concepts. Stella Public House sources from local farms to create a wood-fired pizza eatery and craft beer tap room experience. This couples beautifully with Halcyon’s modern coffeehouse and cocktail lounge open from morning to night.
Eat.Drink.Sleep. is pleased to announce the return and appointment of David Warner as the hospitality group’s new Corporate Executive Chef. For his first project, Warner will oversee day-to-day operations and refine the menu and culinary operations at Eat.Drink.Sleep.’s newest restaurant, Decoy Dockside Dining at the Lakehouse Hotel & Resort in San Marcos.
