The Original 40 Brewing Company has become a beloved North Park staple, touting a stunning space that can now only be appreciated from the sidewalk. Thankfully, this local brewery offers a selection of crowler, growler and canned brews to choose from for carryout, including three new releases! Try their Cloud Noises (6.6% ABV) – a double dry-hopped hazy IPA – as well as their Grin & Berry It Stout(7.6% ABV), bursting with flavor from raspberries, cocoa and vanilla in collaboration with Nomad Donuts – and finally, their new German-style pilsner, Schlock Purist (4.7 % ABV).
Fans of AleSmith Brewing Company’s Speedway Stout rejoice! 2021 marks the first year the brewery will offer canned four-packs of their 16-oz. variants, which will be released on a quarterly basis throughout the year nationwide. This week, the brewery is rolling out the first beer in their 2021 Speedway lineup, Speedway Stout Special Variant #1: Speedway Stout Espresso and Madagascar Vanilla (ABV: 12%) – a signature edition of their imperial stout infused with tons of Madagascar vanilla and a bold espresso blend, bestowing intense notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and dark fruit.
