Summer Spritz Recipes

There’s nothing quite like the quintessential spritz to keep summer heat at bay, which is why Bub’s @ the Beach and Waterbar have decided to share their own summer spritz recipes!

Secret Garden Spritz

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. of mixer*

4 oz. prosecco

*Mixer:

1 oz. honey

1/3 cup fresh ginger (peeled)

2 cups canned peaches (drained)

2 oz. lemon juice

1 cup St. Germaine

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend honey, lemon, ginger and peaches.
  2. Stir in St. Germaine.
  3. Fine strain and combine with prosecco in a wine glass.
  4. Add ice and garnish with lemon wheel or twist.

Pool Day Spritz

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

1.25 oz. Hendricks

.5 oz. elderflower liqueur

.25 oz. lime juice

4 oz. champagne

Splash of soda

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a wine glass with ice.
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel.
