The new Whip Hand in East Village aims to let customers take the experience into their own hands through 24 self-serve draft beers taps, along with a full cocktail bar serving up some unique libations. The opening of WhipHand will help update and elevate East Village to give the vibrant, young professionals a comfortable, urban space to gather and enjoy good food, drink and company.
Grind and Prosper’s Culinary Director, Chef Quinnton “Q” Austin, recently made the trek from New Orleans to San Diego, and brings a true Southern flare to our local dining scene. He has roots in Louisiana, and his formal training at the Culinary Institute of New Orleans laid the groundwork for a well-seasoned career.
