Caroline’s Seaside Cafe

Chef Giuseppe Ciuffa has introduced new seasonal menus at Caroline’s Seaside Café and the Museum Cafe. Each dish is created with the freshest organic ingredients grown from local farmers and blended into flavorful breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch offerings.

The new seasonal dishes include:

Beef Short Ribs Hash & Eggs: Kabocha Squash, Potatoes, Peppers, Onions, and Two Eggs Any Style;

Giuseppe’s French Toast: Bread & Cie Brioche, Triple Berry Purée, Candied Pecans, and Seasonal Fruit;                 

Tuscan Kale Salad: Apples, Sonoma Goat Cheese, Red Quinoa Butternut Squash,  Almonds, and Cranberry Vinaigrette;

Seasonal Chopped Salad: Romaine Hearts, Wild Arugula, Pomegranate Jewels, Butternut Squash, Celery, Feta, Local Avocado, and Red Wine Vinaigrette

Butternut Squash Panini: Sourdough, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Arugula, and Black Truffle Butter.

Caroline’s Seaside Cafe boasts incredible views of La Jolla and is located on the beach at 8610 Kennel Way. Serving healthy and creative California style cuisine, Caroline’s menu focuses on organic and sustainable sources and features breakfast and lunch with a selection of seasonal specials. The Museum Cafe is a European-inspired bistro nestled in the heart of the La Jolla art scene that crafts breakfast and lunch selections using only the freshest organic ingredients. The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, photo and art galleries, shops, and the beautiful La Jolla Cove are all just steps away. The Museum Cafe is located at 700 Prospect Street and is open 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
