Next time you’re in downtown San Diego looking to catch a bite before the game, head over to Searsucker San Diego.
The locally-loved Gaslamp restaurant is launching a new menu just in time for the 2017 Padre’s MLB season at Petco Park. Their baseball-themed stadium bites are much more than peanuts and cracker jacks, but they have those too. Only this time, they will be with housemade caramel corn, cayenne pepper, and peanuts. A home-run menu has big hitters for hungry fans including the Tomahawk dog, featuring a bacon-wrapped housemade sausage served with crispy onion strings. Game-day goers and Padre fans can expect an all-star menu highlighting stadium off-shoots such as Funnel Cake and Searsucker Fries.
With a daily weekly happy hour and drink specials to run the duration of the season, you don’t have to miss an inning this baseball season to enjoy Searsucker’s new menu. Available Monday – Friday (April 7 – October 1). Happy Hour 4:30pm-7:00pm.
Searsucker is one of the finest downtown San Diego restaurants full of local fare by celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey, including fresh seafood caught on the San Diego coast as well as locally brewed lagers and ales on tap. Located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, our menu embodies its own personality: gregarious, mischievous, fun-loving and authentic. Thomas Schoos’ airy design of the 7,000 square foot restaurant in downtown San Diego features an open kitchen, a lively bar and lounge area. After all, Searsucker isn’t a place to get away; it is a place to get together.
