The gourmet grilled cheese eatery has launched three new menu creations featuring the beloved Basic 5 cheese base –five slices of all-natural, unprocessed Colby, Swiss, Monterey, provolone and cheddar cheese. Start the season with a little kick courtesy of the Fiery Torta Grilled Cheese, featuring carne asada, jalapeños, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro and onion, smothered in a pale ale beer chipotle aioli. Veggie lovers can revel in the Veggie Grilled Cheese served with red bell peppers, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms and jalapeños. Guests can also indulge in a new Chef’s Creation, the Pastrami Grilled Cheese incorporates pastrami, pickles and deli mustard – yum!
