The bay-front dining destination housed at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is just a stone’s throw away from San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter and offers stunning, panoramic views of the San Diego Bay. The “In Good Taste” series pairs locally-crafted beers with Sally’s sustainable seafood, local ingredients, and unforgettable flavors.
Begin with a welcome pint of Saint Archer White to pair with a variety of hors d’oeuvres featuring premium cheeses, nuts, fruit and breads. Follow with a locally-inspired five-course dinner prepared by Sally’s Fish House & Bar Chef De Cuisine Jay Payne. Dine on grilled romaine with blackened shrimp, wood fire grilled octopus and Saint Archer Coffee Porter braised short ribs over creamy, cheddar polenta.
Pairings of Saint Archer beer will accompany each course. To complete this culinary experience delight in a coffee sundae with peanut butter gelato and salted caramel paired with Saint Archer Tusk & Grain Barrel Blend #2.
