On Thursday, Sept. 19 from 2pm-6pm, head to Level Four rooftop pool deck and lounge for an end of summer Pig Roast with Tequila Fortaleza. Curadero’s head chef, Brad Kraten, will be roasting a whole hog atop hotel Palomar’s rooftop and serving carnitas at a build-your-own taco bar. The bar will be stocked with vegetarian options, as well as all the fixings for an epic taco. Guests can relax poolside to the beats of Teddy Fantastico while ordering original Fortaleza creations by award winning bartenders Jesse Nevarez and Alex Gregg. Tickets are $20 at the door, which gets you all-you-can-eat tacos. Partial proceeds from the event are going to Mama’s Kitchen, so head to the roof!
