A unique twist on classic Irish coffee, this dreamy libation is well-suited to the occasion.

- 1½ oz Irish Whiskey
- ½ oz Nola Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz Cold Brew
Branca Menta Whipped Cream:
- ½ oz Branca Menta
- ¼ oz almond syrup
- ¼ oz agave
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Hand shaken – consistency should be loose enough to pour, but firm enough to stay on top of drink
- Add Irish whiskey, Nola coffee liqueur and cold brew in a glass, fill with ice, shake and strain into large coupe.
- In large coupe, add 2 oz Branca Menta whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint sprig.
