A special for May is spicing things up for ramen lovers! Satisfying San Diego’s growing hunger for authentic Japanese cuisine and ramen, Tajima is introducing a new dish exclusively available throughout the month.
Their Carnitas Ramen, made with spicy tonkotsu broth and noodles, pork chashu, cilantro, ramen egg, white onion, radish, a sprinkle of oregano and lime wedge, is the perfect fusion ramen. The flavors of Mexico compliment the taste of the traditional Japanese dish. Pair with a $5 Modelo all throughout the month!
Tajima is also shaking things up at their Mercury location, with a Spicy Yuzu Margarita for $10. A mix of Suerte Tequila with a yuzu and citrus juice blend, infused with jalapeno spice and fresh cilantro, this beverage is served in a glass rimmed with togarashi (Japanese pepper) and tajin powder.
