Park 101 in Carlsbad has rolled out their brand-new brunch menu.
Recently opened this summer, Park 101 is a multi-level, plaza-style complex that is both family-friendly as well as dog-friendly. The establishment features a smoked meats menu, grab-and-go options like salads and wraps, coffee and doughnuts and a Tamarack Deck menu including meat and cheese boards, various dips and beers on tap. Park offers plenty of seating options like large, community-style tables for the family and cozy, benches near firepits ideal for a date night or intimate meal. Venture through the cafeteria-style line to order your food, including the recent addition of brunch.
Some of the new brunch menu items include the Park Benedict, made with a thickly sliced kolache (pastry) and your choice of brisket or pulled pork, topped with two poached eggs and a barbeque hollandaise sauce. For those with a sweet-tooth, you’ll want to try the French Toast. This tasty treat consists of thick slices of the kolache bread, doused in maple glaze and topped with bacon. Both dishes are served with a side of fresh fruit. If you’re set on picking a healthy menu item, you can order the Egg White Frittata loaded with veggies such as brocollini, mushrooms and corn salad, and sprinkled with a smoked tomato goat cheese. Or the Fruit Parfait of yogurt layered with fruit and granola.
Brunch is offered Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and drink specials include $3 Tecate drafts, $5 Resident Urbanite IPA drafts and $15 bottles of Cupcake prosecco or rosé, with complimentary juice bar.
