Crab & Lobster Rolls

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. lobster meat (claw and knuckle)
1 lb. lump crab meat
½ cup mayo
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
4 brioche “lobster” rolls or hot dog rolls
DIRECTIONS:
- Chop lobster meat.
- Check crab meat for any shells.
- Combine lobster, crab meat, mayo, green onions and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
- Brush brioche bread with butter and toast until golden brown in a sauce pan.
- Portion out mixture into four equal amounts and stuff into toasted rolls.
- Enjoy!
