Crab & Lobster Rolls

Serves 4


1 lb. lobster meat (claw and knuckle)

1 lb. lump crab meat

½ cup mayo

1 bunch green onions, sliced

2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

4 brioche “lobster” rolls or hot dog rolls


  1. Chop lobster meat.
  2. Check crab meat for any shells.
  3. Combine lobster, crab meat, mayo, green onions and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Brush brioche bread with butter and toast until golden brown in a sauce pan.
  5. Portion out mixture into four equal amounts and stuff into toasted rolls.
  6. Enjoy!
