Grater Greens has launched two new summer menu creations to its roster including the Berry Peachy Salad, which features an arugula and spinach base, grilled peaches, blackberries, fresh mint, candied pecans, parmesan flakes, and a balsamic vinaigrette, and the Sunny Quinoa Bowl, which incorporates mesclun greens, quinoa, curry cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini’s, almonds, feta crumbles and a cilantro avocado dressing. Enjoy either as a salad or a wrap!

Kickstart the summer season with a boozy visit to Shake & Muddle. The fusion mixology bar has launched a new cocktail lineup created by lead mixologist, Jeff Mackay. Highlight selections include Berry the Rabbits, which features 400 Rabbits Mezcal with fresh lemon, housemade gomme syrup, pineapple juice and muddled seasonal berries. Other fun selections include the Rum, Forrest Rum and a variety of Signature Shots—shot-sized versions of vibrant libations such as the Chai Me Up and the Vista Cooler. With weekly live music and a spacious patio, Shake & Muddle is the spot to be this summer.

Wind down the evening this summer with a glass of wine in hand at Farmer’s Bottega. The Mission Hills destination boasts farm-to-fork dining complete with the perfect patio to savor San Diego’s quintessential summer weather. Enjoy weekly happy hour specials with menu favorites such as the Watermelon Salad, the Pork Belly, and the house made Truffle Fries. Pair any dish with the July wine of the month, the Les Deux Tours Sauvignon Blanc. This refreshing wine offers notes of lemon and white fruits and pairs best with the Grilled Spanish Octopus, Burnt Carrot Salad or the Artichoke Ravioli.

Soak up the San Diego sunshine and stunning views at Quiero Tacos in Seaport Village. The fast-casual eatery, in partnership with Mike Hess Brewing, offers an array of tacos, burritos, and refreshing seafood selections including the Holy-Viche and the Mike Hess Fish Taco, battered basa, cabbage, onions, tomato, and house chipotle aioli in a homemade flour tortilla. Elevate your weekend and stop in for breakfast from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., with savory dishes such as the Chilaquiles Verdes, Quiero Benedictus and the French Toast!

The Bonita staple, Romesco Mexiterranean Bistro, is continuing to expand its weekly specials just in time for summer, including the return of a fan favorite, Tapas Bar Thursdays. With a warm and rustic ambiance, the Spanish Tapas Bar located in a separate space within the restaurant, offers a fun juxtaposition to the bistro’s classic main dining room. Liven up the week with a visit to the Tapas Bar and enjoy live music from DJ Luis Santamaria beginning at 7 p.m., alongside popular libations such as the beloved Tamarindo Margarita or shots of Mezcal accompanied by all of the traditional fixings. The award-winning eatery offers a variety of hot and cold tapas to pair with any beverage including Chile En Nogada, Bone Marrow Sopes, and Ahi Tuna Tostadas.
