New Spring Menu at Scuderie Italia

The New Spring Menu at Scuderie Italia includes antipasti, pasta and entrée selections available now. Charred pineapple, mint, peas, summer gold squash and more, are being integrated into flavorful new selections created by Executive Chef Danilo “DJ” Tangalin, Jr.

Inspired by fresh seasonal produce, a sampling of the Italian ristorante’s new selections include: herbed polenta cake served with rabbit gravy, fried sage and ricotta; multigrain salad made with quinoa, farro, cucumber, tomatoes, fennel, herbs and lemon dressing; yellowtail crudo with charred pineapple, avocado, red onions and buttermilk, served with house-made chips; house-made gnocchi with peas, mint, parmesan and charred carrot puree; ravioli filled with goat cheese, honey and walnut with spinach cream sauce; roasted half chicken with Swiss chard, cannellini beans, pickled sweet peppers and beet aigre-doux; oven-baked salmon served with zucchini, summer gold squash and vanilla parsnip puree; and local sea bass served with onions, celery, carrots and lobster cream.
