There are new bites on the block – in honor of the start of this sunny spring weather, Jalisco Cantina will be introducing their new Spring Menu items. Soak in the warmer weather with some quintessential San Diego plates, courtesy of Chef Michael C. Brown. Featuring a scratch kitchen and modern takes on elevated, authentic Mexican cuisine, Jalisco Cantina’s south-of-the-border fare capitalizes on seasonal ingredients, fresh flavors and diverse options for every picky palate. Paired wonderfully with some of the finest tequila and handcrafted cocktails around, Jalisco Cantina’s vibrant new dishes are not to be missed!

Newly revamped, the creative new additions to Jalisco Cantina’s spring menu include:

  • Coriander Garlic Chile Crusted Ahi Tuna with chipotle potato puree, pepper salad, lemon vinaigrette and lemon aioli
  • Baja Garlic & Shrimp Yellowtail with avocado scampi sauce, calabacitas, cauliflower rice and pico
  • Beef Barbacoa Relleno with Oaxaca cheese, sunny side up egg, black bean smash, crispy tortillas and rancheros salsa
  • Chile Dust Yellow Tail Tacos with cotija cheese, cabbage mix, jalapeno, crema, pico, lime and radish
  • Vegetarian Black Bean, Potato, Poblano and Spinach Tacos on corn tortillas
  • Yam, Spinach & Garlic Rolled Tacos with chile de arbol crema, spinach oil and cotija
  • Aguachile Shrimp & Avocado with zesty jalapeno lime water, cucumber and spinach oil on tostadas
