The bar at Curadero has remained a preferred spot for balanced, fun drinks with a touch of whimsy. Whether in the garnish or the color, the vibrant Mexican restaurant never disappoints when delivering eye-popping cocktails. Their latest batch, which features nearly a dozen originals, highlights infused spirits with bold colors that hint at summer sipping.

Try their Coco de Nieve, a cocktail that takes you to the beach, blending Banks 5 island white rum, 1921 crème de tequila, Kalani coconut rum liqueur, orange juice and shaved coconut. The beautiful Libre Soy gets its bold purple color from butterfly pea flower infused Hanger 1 vodka, and is mixed with St-Germain, lemon, simple, ango bitters and finished with a rose water spritz. For those seeking something unique but balanced, try the El Salvaje with chile and cinnamon infused Jameson, vanilla, strawberry, ginger, coriander, lemon and mint.

And Curadero wouldn’t have a great bar without solid margaritas. The new menu features three new creations, including the Blood Orange Margarita with blood orange infused Espolon, Solerno, agave and fresh lime. Curadero has also added a new tequila and mezcal flight, as well as new Micheladas and Bloody Marias. The full menu can be viewed at
