Known for its 50-plus item menu designed to mix-and-match, Lemonade will add six Chef’s Seasonal Plates aimed to expedite ease of ordering while also providing exceptional value.
Offering a chef-driven menu that showcases the season’s finest ingredients, each new seasonal plate curated by Lemonade Founder and Executive Chef Alan Jackson, delivers a profile of sensational flavors unique to the highly popular Lemonade Restaurant Group. “With our six different Chef’s Seasonal Plates, we give guests the opportunity to enjoy our new pre-selected specialty dishes at a popular price point,” says Jackson. “I carefully crafted my most creative and complementary recipes to delight everyone’s individual tastes.”
Focused on quality and premium menu offerings, Lemonade’s Chef’s Seasonal Plate combinations include satisfying pre-selected plates in each of the three categories: Sandwich options, Entrée Salad options, and Classic Plates served hot or chilled.
Sandwich options include ‘The California Picnic’ featuring freshly toasted Herb Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Avocado and Cherry Tomato Marketplace Salad with Seasoned Kettle Chips; Entrée Salad options include ‘Poke Goodness’, an Asian-inspired Pacific Rim salad with Napa cabbage and heirloom carrots, topped with Ahi tuna poke with tangerine and avocado; and Chef’s Classic Plate features ‘Cozy Comfort’ a hearty combination of the beloved braised Red Miso Beef Short Ribs, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Soba Noodles with Kimchi.
Loyal to welcoming the varied needs of today’s modern diners, Lemonade also invites guests to create their own meal combinations within the Sandwich, Salad, and Classic categories. Prefer Roasted Turkey BLT instead of Herb Grilled Chicken Sandwich, no problem. Jackson explains, “People seek the best value and they also appreciate the ability to customize what goes into their ideal meal.” Guests will continue to be able to order a la carte across Lemonade’s menu if desired.
In addition to new Chef’s Seasonal Plates, Lemonade elevates their signature beverage by unveiling a new suite of cold-pressed lemonades. Each variety is crafted from a unique recipe, and the process of cold pressing keeps more of the fresh ingredients’ nutrients intact. The full line-up of six seasonal flavors include, Blood Orange, Cucumber Mint, Watermelon Rosemary, Peach Ginger, Strawberry Rhubarb, and Old Fashioned.
