Slater’s 50/50 will additionally offer guests the option to commemorate their burger by memorializing it on a Design-It T-shirt which can be personalized to showcase their creation to the world.
Slater’s 50/50 Design-It menu comes with over 70 different options meaning there are millions of ways to create a completely unique and slaterized burger to each individual. Burger sizes include a ⅓ pound burger, a double or even a mega triple patty burger. The burgers can be made with patty options including beef, original 50/50 beef & bacon, impossible burger, American-raised Bison, Turkey and more. Guests can choose between 8 different buns such as brioche, honey wheat, king’s hawiian rolls, lettuce wrapped and more. Other add ons for customization include cheese, meat additions, toppings, sauces, and sides! Options for the build- your-own burger may vary by location.

Try his one-of-a-kind Surf N’ Turf, a grilled beef patty topped with cream cheese, añejo-tequila n’ butter-poached Maine lobster meat, baby arugula, whiskey-caramelized onions, and white truffle aioli.
Celebrate National Burger Month with Smokey’s Burger, from La Mesa’s Smokey and the Brisket! This tasty burger comes topped with sharp cheddar, grilled onions, tomato, and lettuce, all on a brioche bun, with a side of fries and a pickle. Smokey and the Brisket also offers a Kid’s Cheeseburger, served with fries, so you can bring the whole family to enjoy.
Situated along Chula Vista’s Third Avenue, you’ll find The Balboa South, a spot with burgers, beer and good cheer. Opt to try their well-known The Balboa Burger, with lettuce, tomato, onion, American cheese, and housemade zesty aioli, or go big with The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. Mavericks Beach Club, located in Pacific Beach, features a weekend Brunch’n Burger, consisting of beef patties, cheddar cheese, American cheese, bacon, fried egg, avocado, tomato, and garlic aioli.
