Memorial Day Weekend Fiesta & Pig Roast at Level Four Pool Deck + Lounge
Kicking off summer pool season at Level Four is a rooftop Pig Roast hosted by Curadero. Executive Chef Brad Kraten is preparing a Mexican-style pig roast at Level Four, the Rooftop Pool Deck + Lounge on Hotel Palomar’s 4th floor. The party starts on Saturday, May 26 at 1pm. Ticketholders will get a welcome drink to enjoy while noshing on all you can eat carnitas with all the taco fixings and rice and beans. Hiatus Pool Lounge (kicks off Memorial Day Weekend)
Escape the hustle and bustle this summer at Hiatus Lounge. The lush pool lounge at Hotel La Jolla is open to the public starting Memorial Day weekend. Guests can lay poolside and enjoy a full lunch menu from the kitchen of Cusp Dining & Drinks, as well as a Happy Hour menu from 4-7pm daily. On Saturday nights, head to Hiatus and cozy up to one of the firepits with a glass of wine, to watch complimentary classic movies. Starting at 7:30pm, guests can enjoy popcorn with house salts, sugars and spices, as well as a small bites menu featuring drinks and s’mores.

Siesta Summer at Level Four Pool Bar + Lounge (starts June 1)
Elevate your summer starting this June at Level Four, the rooftop pool deck + lounge at Hotel Palomar. Summer weekends kick off with Punch the Clock Fridays from 3-6pm, featuring Punch-style cocktails and Bites starting at $3 at 3pm, and going up $1 an hour. Move into the weekend with Game On Saturdays, where the pool lounge will be transformed into an adult playground. Play giant Jenga or corn hole, and enjoy happy hour bites – like tacos and boozy paletas – from 3-6pm at the Taco Cart.
