Liberty Call Distilling Kitchen’s Chef Miguel Valdez and two seven eight’s Chef Logan Kendall and Chef-Owner Jessica Fisher, who styled the restaurant around dinner parties held in her former Brooklyn apartment, will create six contemporary courses—each paired with a cocktail from Liberty Call Distilling’s lead bartender Albert Allison using spirits such as Blue Ridge 4-Grain Whiskey, Old Ironsides Single Malt, Gin and Spiced Rum. Liberty Call’s Head Fermentologist Addison Poth will guest host, providing an educational and eye-opening glimpse into the growing distilling industry.
