This February, La Valencia and THE MED are hosting 2019’s first not-to-miss culinary event – a multi-course al fresco brunch featuring the iconic sparkling wines of Iron Horse Vineyards. The brunch will be paired with whimsical, show stopping culinary presentations from Chef Alex Emery and team. Guests of the brunch will also learn to saber a bottle of wine and take home their own Iron Horse bottle.
The Iron Horse brunch will start at 1pm, where guests will be greeted with a reception sip and bite. Then it’s on to the brunch table for an afternoon full of elevated food and wine.
