Fishmonger’s Market Coming Soon

On October 3rd, a European-style fish market and dining destination will hit Mission Hills. Fishmonger’s Market will join the expansive 57 Degrees wine retail and storage complex, answering San Diego’s call for a new location to enjoy fresh, sustainably sourced seafood.

Owner and executive chef Frank Terzoli, known in celebrity circles as “Frankie the Bull,” will put his decades of leadership and pioneering seafood supply sustainability efforts as a buyer, fishing captain and international chef into practice at his next San Diego culinary venture. He was previously crowned as the winner of Cutthroat Kitchen and Cutthroat Kitchen Masters, and has appeared in episodes of Chefs Wanted, Coaching Bad, Couples’ Therapy and Manvs. Child.

“I can’t wait to hook our guests on the best the sea has to offer from nearby, and around the world,” says Frankie. His direct sourcing and global trading abilities will bring forth an impressive seasonal seafood collection, presenting customers with a super-fresh mecca of flavors and variety at wholesale prices.

Fishmonger’s Market will offer irresistible choices for lunch and dinner. Expect to savor dishes such as lobster salad, Florida grouper sandwiches, paella and maple-glazed Alaskan halibut. Of course, there will be choices for non-fish eaters as well.

Seafood will be available to go from the market, or prepared to enjoy onsite (with selections of beer and wine) within the restaurant and patio areas of Fishmonger’s. Guests can also look forward to signing up for cooking classes and reserving the space for parties or corporate events.
