
The newly opened Blanco Tacos and Tequila in Fashion Valley is the restaurant’s first California location. The restaurant features an extensive margarita and tequila program. Look for a completely reinvented menu brought to life Executive Chef Aimee Patel. Unique plates include Grilled Avocado Tacos, Hamachi & Watermelon Ceviche and Machaca Short Rib Tacos.

Snake River Wagyu Carne Asada Fajitas: tomatillo soy marinade, served with caramelized peppers and onions, cheese quesadilla, elote, guacamole, pico de gallo and black beans
