New Zealand-inspired Queenstown Bistro is now serving a full weekend brunch, including Biscuits and gravy, as well as new happy hour offerings.
Located in the central clock tower in the recently revamped Westfield UTC shopping center, Queenstown Bistro is a relaxing garden oasis offering an eclectic lunch, dinner and now a delicious brunch menu on both Saturday and Sunday, as well as tasty new happy hour food and drink offerings on weekdays.
The new brunch menu, served on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am—2:00pm, includes dishes ranging from the traditional “New Zealand Brekkie” with cheesy eggs, grilled tomato, NZ baked beans, toast, and country potatoes to a “Bread Pudding French Toast” served with whipped ricotta and fresh strawberries. For the health-conscious, the “Superfood Bowl” is the ideal option served with quinoa, kale, a poached egg, avocado and watermelon radish. There are also a variety of other lovely brunch dishes to tickle just about anyone’s fancy, perfectly paired with the signature blood orange or peach mimosa, housemade sangria, or champagne and soju cocktails.
The new weekday happy hour dubbed “Afternoon Tea” includes a selection of cocktails, wines, beer, and housemade sangria as well as a variety of small bites, such as Queenstown’s famous lamb burger, a prosciutto and burrata plate, and chimichurri hummus served with naan flatbread. All happy hour items are priced at $5.00 and available Monday through Friday from 2:00pm—6:00pm.
