Following a high-profile debut in February 2016, Executive Chef Brad Wise and General Manager Steven Schwob continue the swagger at their popular TRUST Restaurant in Hillcrest.
The décor is simple, yet stylish, featuring an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs in action, cooking as a team in their element. It’s the kind of place where you will gain a greater appreciation for the culinary craft.
Taking cues from seasonal ingredients, Wise and his team bring new energy to the kitchen, offering a stellar farm to table cuisine that makes it easy for you to eat like a local.
Wise uses first-class cooking techniques to spin out really good food without the high prices. He is the voice behind every ingredient, and has a gift for making each plate come to life.
All of the charcuterie and sausages are made in house. New offerings also include the Chop Salad with salami, aged gouda, pickled shallots, tomato, fresnos, garbanzo, and oregano vinaigrette, and Wood Grilled Pork Sausage with snap peas, gnocchi, sourdough bread crumbs, morels, kale, and arugula cream.
Pastry Chef Jeremy Harville has introduced a new line up of desserts featuring fresh-picked produce, summer carnival inspired flavors, and childhood favorites that will bring out the kid in you.
Alcohol works its way into creative cocktails by Bar Manager Juan Sanchez, who has unveiled a collection of classic and contemporary concoctions.
