On Thursday, October 21, 2021, International Smoke Del Mar is teaming up with Grgich Hills Wines to prepare a delectable five-course Fall Harvest Dinner. The dinner will begin at 7 pm and will be curated by International Smoke’s award-winning executive chef, James Montejano. Each course will be paired with Grgich Hill’s world-class, organic and sustainable wines.
Grgich Hills wines is a Certified Organic and Estate Grown winery located in Napa Valley, California. The world-renowned winery first gained recognition when Miljenko “Mike” Grgich won the celebrated “Paris Tasting” of 1976. That fateful day, Mike’s white wine received the title of the “finest white wine in the world” and even made its way to the Smithsonian Institute as one of “101 Objects That Made America.” Chosen from 137 million artifacts in the Smithsonian collection, the wine is joined by other iconic American objects such as Abraham Lincoln’s hat, Alexander Graham Bell’s telephone and Neil Armstrong’s spacesuit.
For those inclined to taste the “finest white wine in the world” and several other magnificent blends, this exclusive October dining experience is sure to be a hit.
