*The restaurant has two decks overlooking the La Jolla Cove, where guests can relax and enjoy a San Diego sunset while feasting on a Santa Barbara Spot Prawn with Berkshire Pork Belly, Loch Duarte Salmon, Baby Beets with Candied Walnuts, or a juicy USDA Prime Bone-In 22 ounce Ribeye. The setting is elegant, yet comfortable, and filled with the rhythms of nightly live music from the V Lounge.

Eddie V’s Restaurants are well known for sourcing the freshest fish, which we thoroughly enjoyed during our visit. “Our menu offers a California cuisine, with seafood as our main focus, and a few Asian twists thrown in,” says Executive Chef Bill Greenwood. “I like to source ingredients from local farms, picking and choosing special ingredients that are in season.”

Founded in 2000, Eddie V’s Restaurants, Inc. is a privately held, mid-sized entrepreneurial restaurant group representing three distinctive, casually elegant concepts: Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, Wildfish Seafood Grille, and Roaring Fork. Co-founders Larry Foles and Guy Villavaso combined their 30 years of restaurateur experience and their admiration for great American seafood restaurants to develop Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and Wildfish Seafood Grille. With the development of Roaring Fork they set out to capture the spirit of bold American West cooking. This company operates their highly profitable restaurants in Arizona, California, and Texas.
