Curb Cravings with Ravioli Aragosta

The Gaslamp Quarter’s staple Italian eatery, Operacaffe, has revamped its menu to include two new crave-worthy entrée specialties, in addition to a variety of fresh-baked goodies to sweeten the meal. Curb cravings with Ravioli Aragosta, featuring homemade ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, and bathed in a light pink sauce with artichokes and lobster meat, or savor Tortelli di Granchio, comprised of homemade jumbo tortelloni stuffed with Alaskan king crab and shrimp in a buttery thyme, rosemary, sage and shallots sauce with a touch of cream.

The popular eatery has also added an array of fresh-baked cookies including indulgent options such as Mini Tarts with your choice of filling (jam, custard, nuts, chocolate, fruit), as well as Chocolate-Dipped Cookies made with your choice of almond paste or shortbread, among other baked creations. Operacaffe is currently open for outdoor dining and takeout on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
