November is almost here, and the month will kick off with World Vegan Day on November 1st. To celebrate, Grater Greens will be offering complimentary grilled pita and hummus, to pair alongside a medley of refreshing fare.
The Mission Valley eatery is dedicated to nourishing the community with a wide variety of vegan-friendly ingredients, dressings, and menu options. Choose from selections including the Kale Couscous Salad which features a vibrant combination of baby kale, cabbage, couscous pilaf, avocado, roasted cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, stewed black beans, shaved red onion, and a champagne vinaigrette.
In addition to the menu, Grater Greens also offers a build-your-own option. Celebrate World Vegan Day while exercising some creativity, with a custom bowl or salad. Choose from over 20 fresh fruits and veggies, plus, tasty dressings such as lemon tahini and apple cider vinaigrette. Pair your creation with thoughtfully prepared pita and hummus for a memorable meal.
Grater Greens is currently open for dine-in, to-go, and catering services. Sunday hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m..
