Cocktail Recipe From Miss B’s Coconut Club

Spring is nearly here (officially on March 20th) and Miss B’s Coconut Club is ready to get the party started with their Spring Cocktail! Tropical flavors, refreshing aloe and one-of-a-kind Coconut Red Bull are all incorporated into The Reefeater, a delicious drink developed by bartender Ari DiMou.

You can stop into Miss B’s, found steps from the sand, in Mission Beach or make the drink at home thanks to the below recipe:

The Reefeater

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rumhaven
  • 1 oz beefeater pink
  • .5 oz grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • dash of simple syrup
  • .25 oz chareau aloe
  • Coconut Red Bull

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine Rumhaven, Beefeater, juice, chareau ale and simple syrup with ice
  2. Shake until ingredients are blended
  3. Strain into a glass (or specialty mug) and top with Coconut Red Bull.
  4. Add crushed ice and strawberry for garnish.
  5. Enjoy!

This specialty cocktail will only be available for a few months, so head into Miss B’s and taste the flavors of spring before its gone!
