National Escargot Day is best celebrated the French way, and Bleu Bohème will invite guests to enjoy the classic French delicacy with a featured trio of escargot, available exclusively on Friday, May 24th.
Owner and executive chef, Ken Irvine, created the trio, which includes: a grilled skewer topped with basil pistou; escargot fricassée; and escargot-stuffed ravioli topped with tomato relish and fines herb sauce, priced at $18.95.
The popular French restaurant will also offer two of its signature escargot ‘petit plats’ for the holiday: cassoulet d’escargot, made with snails, mushrooms, fennel, leek, shallots and Provenҫal butter, priced at $19.50; and escargot “old school,” with garlic herb butter, Pernod and tomatoes, available during social hour, and priced at $12.95.
