Bleu Bohème welcomes fall flavors with a variety of new dishes and a cocktail, each made with the autumnal season’s freshest ingredients, available now.

Crafted by chef and proprietor, Ken Irvine, the new menu selections include two new petit plats: sautéed Gruyère dumplings with cremini mushrooms, purple cauliflower, charred cherry tomatoes, romesco and beurre blanc sauce, available for $18.95; and three cheese Campanelle pasta with lobster and house-smoked bacon, priced at $23.95.

Two grands plats have been introduced, including large dry-pack sea scallops with saffron lobster risotto, linguisa, rapini, fennel and basil pistou, available for $42.95; and an “open face” croque de garçon made with house-ground steak trim, brie cheese, house-smoked bacon, caramelized onions and fried egg atop brioche bread, served with pommes frites, priced at $26.95.

A new addition to the cocktail menu, the Boisson d’Automne, is a combination of Flor de Caña dark rum, infused in-house with cinnamon and orange peel, Graham’s 10-year tawny port, Cinzano sweet vermouth and lavender bitters, garnished with orange peel and dried rosemary “en feu.”
