Bleu Bohéme to Celebrate National Escargot Day

National Escargot Day is the ideal day to escargot-ahead and enjoy the French delicacy at Bleu Bohéme, with a featured trio of escargot, available exclusively on Thursday, May 24.

Owner and executive chef, Ken Irvine, will prepare the trio of: a grilled skewer topped with basil pistou; escargot fricassée; and escargot-stuffed ravioli topped with tomato relish and fines herb sauce, priced at $18.95.

Escargot will also be available served “old school” with garlic herb butter, Pernod and tomatoes will be available during social hour from 5 to 6 p.m., priced at $11.95; and escargot à la moelle, a combination of snails with roasted bone marrow, pickled shallots, radishes, Fresno chili and sauce vert, will also be available on the dinner menu for $18.50.
