BANKERS HILL BAR + Restaurant to Reopen

BANKERS HILL BAR + Restaurant, located at 2202 4th Ave., will reopen for takeout and delivery on Friday, June 5, as well as reopen its doors for dine-in service on Thursday, June 11.

The popular neighborhood bar and restaurant will be offer takeout and delivery from 4 – 8 p.m. from Friday, June 5 through Sunday, June 7. BANKERS HILL will continue takeout and delivery options when it opens for dine-in service starting Thursday, June 11. Dine-in service will be available from 4:30 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and 4:30 – 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Executive Chef Carl Schroeder has introduced several new dishes to the menu, including a wedge salad with heirloom tomatoes, crispy bacon, red onions and bleu cheese dressing, priced at $12; kale and quinoa salad with avocado, sundried cherries, ricotta salata, toasted almonds and mustard vinaigrette, priced at $13; a Nashville-style fried chicken sandwich with spicy coleslaw, sweet pickles, and red onion, served on a brioche bun with a side of fries, priced at $17; braised bacon, goat cheese and melted leeks focaccia bread topped with rosemary garlic, scallions and mozzarella, priced at $18; roasted chicken, smoked fontina cheese and mushroom focaccia bread with roasted garlic cream, priced at $19; house-made meatballs and mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, available for $19; pappardelle with roasted chicken and pesto cream, served with roasted squash, cherry tomato salad and ricotta, available for $22; and more.

For the health and safety of guests and in accordance with county and state regulations, BANKERS HILL will limit occupancy to 50 percent, as well as follow all health and social distancing guidelines, including cleaning and disinfecting protocols.

The restaurant will continue to offer its happy hour menu, available in the bar area only, from 4:30-6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The menu includes discounts on select dishes, cocktails, wines and beers, including The Stalker, a combination of jalapeno-infused tequila, lime, celery syrup and smoked salt; and Just Rosemarried, made with butterfly pea flower infused gin, elderflower, rosemary, peach and lemon.
