Nomad Donuts will open its second location on University & Illinois in the heart of North Park during mid-to-late August. The 3,200 square foot space will be an expanded and evolved version of Nomad Donuts’ original shop in Normal Heights, and fans will be able to enjoy Nomad’s eclectic donuts alongside new additions like Canadian-style bagels, breakfast sandwiches, an expanded coffee program and a savory and sweet “chef’s counter” by Executive Chef Kristianna Zabala.
