The Halal Guys, NYC’s favorite food cart for nearly three decades, has announced they will be expanding to San Diego county.  The Southern California operating franchisees, who currently operate locations in Costa Mesa, Long Beach, Cerritos, Koreatown & Glendale, has their eyes set on San Diego following the opening of three locations currently in the works:  Tustin, Downtown LA & West Hollywood.
