The Counter® Custom Burgers, the premium create-your-own-burgers restaurant, recently launched its latest “Seasonal Specials” for the holidays. The specials embrace the holidays with a nod to turkey coupled with an unexpected twist of flavors and ingredients by featuring pomegranates and sweet potatoes.

The Counter is promoting an all-natural turkey burger with a pomegranate molasses glaze, pomegranate-cranberry relish topped with crispy sweet potato strings resting over fried kale, on a wheat bun. For those carb counters and super food followers, this holiday burger is also available over a bed of crisp kale marinated & tossed in lemon vinaigrette. Both specials are served with a house made pomegranate barbecue sauce.

Available in all U.S. locations (excluding airports), the special is available through December 31st, 2016.
