Casa de Bandini in Carlsbad reveals a new sizzling Valentine’s Day menu – sure to add some heat (and a bit of sweet) to a romantic evening.
Start by sipping Casa de Bandini’s Margarita Valentina (priced separately), made with pink-hued tequila, Cointreau, sweet and sour, and a splash of cranberry juice.
The special holiday dinner menu, priced at $25 per person, includes a Mexican Shrimp Ceviche appetizer and choice of three unique entrées:
· Enchiladas Coronitos: Two delicious crab enchiladas topped with velvety jalapeñocheese sauce, crowned with seared scallops and garnished with avocado, sweet peppers, and bacon bits
· Carne Asada Tampiqueña: Juicy carne asada topped with grilled onions and California chiles
