Sharing the belief that simple, fresh ingredients make the best drinks, the Saltbox bar team has added new originals to their drink menu like the ‘ .
Through the month of June, Saltbox will also highlight a list of cocktail specials featuring agave spirits, from classics like the Paloma and Margarita, to signature drinks like the El Diablo, made with Herradura Silver tequila, crème de cassis, fresh lime juice and ginger beer. You can pull up a stool and chat with any of the Saltbarkeeps now. They’ll be happy to pour you a tasty seasonal classic, original craft concoction or one of the Saltbox staples.
In careful collaboration, Chef Jeremiah Bryant and the Saltbox bar team have created craft ingredient-driven food and drink offerings from a variety of inspirations. Their synergy fosters a new, strong sense of community at Saltbox that can be immediately felt as people walk through the door. With that in mind, the team decided to repurpose the restaurant and lounge spaces. Guests are now greeted downstairs with a full gastro-lounge menu and drink list, allowing them to relax al fresco style on the new patio or at community tables inside and around the bar. Upstairs will remain open and will be available for events and large parties.
