Perfectly portioned for one, the six new hand roll selections are $3 each and include choices like Spicy Tuna with avocado and cucumber, Chili Ponzu Yellowtail with cilantro, jalapeno and cucumber and Calamari Tempura with eel sauce and cream cheese. On the light side, RA’s new soups are the perfect option for diners looking to stay lean and mean for the summer season ahead. The Zen Tofu Soup features tofu, Asian vegetables and seaweed served in a seasoned broth and topped with green onions. The heartier of the two, the Chicken Udon Soup is a mix of chicken, udon noodles and Asian vegetables in a seasoned broth topped with a sprinkling of green onions. Each soup is only $5.
