Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is ushering in the New Year by offering a cocktail menu designed with a “Moodcentric” theme for drinking tastes of all types. The new Cocktail Menu includes 10 cocktails that have been created so that guests can experience a new and different dining experience in addition to what Fleming’s already provides.

“I’m very proud of this new cocktail menu,” said Maeve Pesquera, director of wine for Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. “Our goal is to do for cocktails what Fleming’s did for wines by the glass: to give our guests the opportunity to explore something new and different that always makes an evening at Fleming’s such a memorable dining experience.”

The menu appeases all taste buds, and features three distinct groupings of Retro Chic, Modern Martinis and Couture Cocktails – created based on mood, taste and style. Retro Chic is a collection of cocktails that puts a contemporary spin on classic mixed drinks, including the Sailor Daiquiri with Sailor Jerry Rum, fresh pineapple and lime juices, served frozen. Modern Martinis are Fleming’s take on America’s most classic cocktails, and includes Limóncello Martini made with Hangar One Citron “Buddha’s Hand” vodka, rich and smooth Luxardo Limóncello and house-made lemon-thyme simple syrup. Last but certainly not least, the Couture Cocktail collection highlights recipes using chef-driven seasonal ingredients, and includes the Milagro Margarita with Milagro Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice, cucumber, cilantro and jalapeno.

Diners sipping on the new cocktails can also order from the recharged and affordable “5 for $6 ‘til 7” menu, with new appetizers that include Baked Brie with Candied Walnuts and Sliced Gala Apples, or Braised Beef Short Ribs with Cabernet Butter Sauce and Horseradish Slaw, alongside a new selection “5 for $6 ‘til 7” wines to choose from or additional cocktails that have been added to the menu.

The “5 for $6 ‘til 7” mixed drink selections include the Tropical Martini with Malibu Coconut Rum, White Cosmo with Svedka Vodka, Pomtini with Smirnoff Vodka and the Stoli Bombshell with Stoli Vodka. Five-dollar wines by the glass include Mas Fi Cava Sparkling wine from Spain; Canyon Road Chardonnay from California; Mark West Pinot Noir from California; Red Diamond Merlot from Washington; and 14 Hands Cabernet from Washington. Beer lovers can order Widmer Brothers Brewing Rotator IPAs for $3 each.

Additional “5 for $6 ‘til 7” selections served nightly from 5 to 7 p.m. for $6 include the Fleming’s Prime Burger with Cheese and Bacon, Sweet Chile Calamari, Roasted Mushroom Ravioli, Wicked Cajun Barbecue Shrimp.
