La Valencia Hotel is hosting an extraordinary B Cellars Wine Dinner on its pool deck on Wednesday, May 23rd from 6:30-8:30pm. Leading the wine dinner will be famed guest Chef and Wine Educator, Christina Machamer, CIA alum and winner of Fox TV’s “Hell’s Kitchen.” On loan from Napa Valley’s B Cellars, the world renowned yet cozy Calistoga tasting salon, Machamer will be paired with La Valencia’s Food and Beverage Director Andrew Mosblech and Executive Chef Lance Repp for a casual and interactive gathering of discriminating foodies and wine lovers.
The trio will be blending the finest Mediterranean fare with B Cellars’ exciting new releases, including Blend 23, and first time bottling of a vineyard designated Sauvignon Blanc. For reds, the dinner will feature B Cellars’ 2008 Blend 24, and La Valencia’s three vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, aka Syn3rgy.
